Fly Quiet Plan to Go Before the CDA and FAA for Final Approval

On Friday, I voted to permanently implement the Fly Quiet Rotation plan.

After tracking the number of noise complaints throughout the two rotation tests, the ONCC indicated a spike in complaints last December after the first test concluded and again in October after the second test concluded. Throughout both test periods, the ONCC received overwhelmingly positive feedback and data about the program.
