Fly Quiet Plan to Go Before the CDA and FAA for Final Approval

On Friday, I voted to permanently implement the Fly Quiet Rotation plan.

After tracking the number of noise complaints throughout the two rotation tests, the ONCC indicated a spike in complaints last December after the first test concluded and again in October after the second test concluded. Throughout both test periods, the ONCC received overwhelmingly positive feedback and data about the program.

45th Ward Food Drive

The holidays are a great excuse to gather with friends and family and indulge in delicious meals and treats. However, many of our fellow Chicagoans struggle this time of year. My office is collaborating with 45th Ward schools, the Irving Park Community Food Pantry, and St. John’s Food Pantry to help provide our neighbors in need by collecting non-perishable foods and other basic necessities. You can drop off items at my office during office hours, which will then be delivered to the food pantries.
