The renovation of the long-derelict Gladstone Plaza, Northwest Highway and Foster, continues. The owners, ReVision Group, are recruiting more tenants to join ImmediateMD in the plaza.
ReVision plans for bring a quick-service restaurant and a retail store to the location. However, to do so, they will need to change the zoning from M1-1 to B3-1.
