Fly Quiet Plan to Go Before the CDA and FAA for Final Approval

On Friday, I voted to permanently implement the Fly Quiet Rotation plan.

After tracking the number of noise complaints throughout the two rotation tests, the ONCC indicated a spike in complaints last December after the first test concluded and again in October after the second test concluded. Throughout both test periods, the ONCC received overwhelmingly positive feedback and data about the program.

The news of a neighbor passing away in his home in the 4500-block of North Laporte on Thursday evening is devastating. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends as they grieve their loved one.
