Dear Friend,

With your help, we had a resounding victory in the March election. As a result, I am now representing the 45th Ward in two capacities—as Alderman and as Democratic Committeeman.

The work we are doing in the alderman’s office is something I am very proud of and is part of an ongoing effort to revitalize the communities of the 45th Ward. From establishing the non-profit ArtsAlive|45 to working on development initiatives throughout the ward, we are building a more vibrant, diverse and prosperous ward.

Now we take on reinventing the Democratic organization in our ward. By working together, we will build an organization whose aim is to engage friends and neighbors in a dialog on ways to strengthen relationships and serve our communities.

It is only with your continued help and support that the progress we have made in such a short time can continue. Thank you for all you have done.

Election Information

The 2012 Primary Election is Tuesday, March 20. Early voted has closed, but polls will be open from 6 am until 7 pm on Tuesday. To check your registration status, find your polling place and/or access a sample ballot, use the search tool at the Chicago Board of Elections site.

Get Involved

Do you have any spare time on Election Day? The campaign needs you. Become a poll watcher at any of the ward’s 53 precincts or help us make get-out-the-vote calls to your neighbors.

We need to staff each of the ward’s precincts for every hour of Election Day. If you can commit some time on Election Day or have any questions, please call Bill or Marty at the office (773/815-0145), or e-mail us at arena@arenafor45.com.
